Important Notes:
- ALL plans require a contract through the end of the current calendar year.
- Security checks and malware scans apply to WordPress installs only
- Prices are per website or WordPress install.
- Daily full site backups require an appropriate level of hosting, which will be discussed prior to services being rendered. If the appropriate level of hosting is not provided, regular but less frequent and/or partial backups can be implemented.
- WordPress and plugin updates include some automated updates.
- If your current WordPress theme is a purchased theme, your license must be current.
- Backups are stored on your website/web host’s server or if you prefer, your 3rd party cloud storage, if compatible
- If you do not currently have back-up and security plugins they will be installed at the beginning of the first month at no additional cost.
- The above updates do not cover fixing incompatibility errors between WordPress, plugins or your theme if the software author has not issued a fix. We will roll the offending update back, based on your last available backup, until a fix is issued by the software author, then will update during the next review.
- The above updates do not cover incompatibility or outdated code between WordPress, plugins, your theme and existing code on your site. Before updates can be applied, existing code will need to be updated manually at my hourly rate if the above monthly maintenance time is not available.
- All other work, updates, and maintenance above two hours is done at the regular hourly rate on an as requested basis.
